I picked up a fab set of miniature Nails Inc polishes in TK Maxx recently! The beauty section seems to be in a lot better nick these days, with some really nice brands too. This set of polishes consisted of five gorgeous glittery and plain colours all of which I love, so this weekend I decided to give the pink and gold glitter a whirl!

I painted all my nails with the pink and then accented one finger on each hand with the gold. My nails tend to chip a lot so nail polish never usually lasts more than a day or two without needing a freshly applied coat, but this polish has actually worn really well!

I was flicking through the Style magazine in the Sunday Times yesterday, and came across this beauty! I don’t know how I’ve missed out on it up until now!

The aptly named Caviar and Oyster palette from Bobbi Brown consists of eight matt, metallic and shimmery eyeshadows and a fab golden highlighter. I’m heading off to Paris in a couple of weeks, so I’ll be keeping an eye out for this little stunner in the duty free!

Sometimes there’s nothing better than the simplicity of a little black dress! I love the shape and structured material of this Asos dress, which I wore at the weekend for a date night with Kev to celebrate our sixth anniversary. I added a splash of colour with my Zara necklace and bright orange shoes.

It’s been a while since I’ve curled my hair like this, mostly because it takes more effort than drying it with the diffuser, which is what I usually do! But I think I’m going to make more of an effort to style it like this more often!

This dress is something that I thought I featured in a blog post back in June when I bought it, but a scan through posts in the last couple of months made me realise I have kept it hidden up from you until now!

It’s from the label ‘By Malene Birger’ and bought it in the Brown Thomas Summer sale at about 60% off. It’s something that I’ll probably have for years with its classic cream and navy combo and simple cut. I’ve also been wearing my new Zara parka a lot recently – it’s keeping me cosy on cold Autumn days like this with its lovely furry lining!
